By Accessing, Registering For, Or Using The Lexora Billing Software As A Service (The "Service"), You Agree To Be Legally Bound By These Terms Of Service ("Terms").

If You Do Not Agree To These Terms, You Must Not Use Or Access The Service. If You Are Entering Into These Terms On Behalf Of A Company, Organization, Or Other Legal Entity, You Represent That You Have The Authority To Bind Such Entity To These Terms.

Lexora Billing Is A Cloud-Based B2B Software Platform Designed To Help Businesses Manage Client Invoicing, Process Quotations, Execute Digital Signatures For Service Agreements, And Handle Automated Recurring Billing.

We Reserve The Right To Modify, Suspend, Or Discontinue Any Part Of The Service At Any Time, With Or Without Notice, To Improve The Platform, Address Security Concerns, Or For Any Other Operational Reason.

To Use The Service, You Must Create An Account. You Agree To Provide Accurate, Current, And Complete Information During The Registration Process And To Update Such Information To Keep It Accurate, Current, And Complete.

You Are Solely Responsible For Maintaining The Confidentiality Of Your Account Credentials (Including Passwords And API Keys). You Are Fully Responsible For All Activities That Occur Under Your Account. You Agree To Notify Us Immediately Of Any Unauthorized Use Of Your Account Or Any Other Breach Of Security.

Fees: By Selecting A Premium Subscription Plan, You Agree To Pay The Recurring Subscription Fees Indicated At The Time Of Purchase. Fees Are Billed In Advance On A Monthly, Quarterly, Or Annual Cycle Based On Your Selection.

Payment Gateways: We Integrate With Third-Party Payment Processors (Such As Stripe And PayHere). By Using These Integrations To Receive Funds From Your Clients, You Also Agree To Be Bound By The Respective Terms Of Service Of Those Payment Processors. We Do Not Directly Store Or Process Your Clients' Full Credit Card Details On Our Servers.

Taxes: All Fees Are Exclusive Of All Taxes, Levies, Or Duties Imposed By Taxing Authorities, And You Shall Be Responsible For Payment Of All Such Taxes, Excluding Only Taxes Based Solely On Our Income.

You Retain All Rights And Ownership To The Data, Client Information, Financial Records, And Documents You Input Into Lexora Billing ("User Data"). We Claim No Intellectual Property Rights Over The Material You Provide To The Service.

By Using The Service, You Grant Us A Worldwide, Non-Exclusive License To Host, Copy, And Process Your User Data Solely For The Purpose Of Providing, Maintaining, And Improving The Service For You. Our Collection And Use Of Personal Information In Connection With The Service Is Described In Our Privacy Policy.

You Agree Not To Misuse The Service. Specifically, You Shall Not:

• Use The Service For Any Illegal, Fraudulent, Money-Laundering, Or Unauthorized Purpose.
• Attempt To Gain Unauthorized Access To Our Systems, Networks, Or Other User Accounts.
• Interfere With Or Disrupt The Integrity Or Performance Of The Service (e.g., Via DDoS Attacks, Scraping, Or Distributing Malware).
• Use The Developer API In A Manner That Exceeds Reasonable Request Volumes Or Constitutes Abuse.
• Generate Or Distribute Unsolicited Spam Emails Through Our Automated Email Engine.

Lexora Billing, Including Its Source Code, UI/UX Design, Logos, Algorithms, And Features, Is Owned Exclusively By Lexora Technologies. You Are Granted A Limited, Revocable, Non-Transferable License To Use The Software As A Service.

You May Not Copy, Modify, Reverse Engineer, Decompile, Or Extract The Source Code Of The Software Without Our Express Written Permission. "White-Label" Features Only Permit The Masking Of Our Branding To Your Clients, Not The Resale Or Redistribution Of The Core Software.

You May Cancel Your Subscription At Any Time Via Your Account Dashboard. Upon Cancellation, Your Account Will Remain Active Until The End Of Your Current Billing Cycle, After Which You Will Lose Access To Premium Features. No Prorated Refunds Are Provided For Partial Months.

We Reserve The Right To Suspend Or Terminate Your Access To The Service Immediately, Without Prior Notice, If You Breach These Terms, Engage In Fraudulent Activity, Or Fail To Pay Subscription Fees.
